Grants

Whether you are writing your first grant or your one-hundredth grant, the process is time-consuming and can be daunting. While you are deciding what data to use and what quantitative or qualitative measures are important, a tight deadline often makes grant writing even more difficult.  Every component — from the description of the target audience and the problem you are trying to solve, to the solution and budget you want to implement — is crucial. As a reviewer who has participated in numerous grant-review panels, I can help organize your application to increase the evaluation score and improve your chance of award.

Strategic Planning

Strategic planning is key not only to the success, but also to the sustainability of all effective programs. Already have a plan? Remember that periodic strategic planning is just as important as your organization's initial planning stage. To guide you through new or revised processes, I can help you and your team streamline goals and identify objectives, then create and review: 

  • Viable needs assessments,

  • Action plans that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely,

  • Evaluation measures of procedures and of resources, and

  • Methods of modification for continuous improvement.

Have you found a new niche and identified your goal? Are you bold enough to be your own boss (or a partner) and wear a multitude of hats? It's a very challenging and exciting time! I am happy to share my experiences developing non-profit and business entities.

Media & Marketing

From social media to advertising, media and marketing is a full-time job [times three or four]. What is necessary? How can tasks be prioritized? Are you missing something that may provide significant return on investment? Hopefully, you have it all dialed in. Whether you need to develop a new project from start to finish or enhance an existing project, I can guide your path and/or provide long-term management.

We can create a new occasion together, or we can make an inaugural event better than before.

  • Apply scheduling do's and don'ts. 

  • Assess resources: talent, time, location, budget, and more. 

  • Organize publicity.

  • Obtain sponsorships .

  • Open the doors. Run the successful event!
